Eligibility
We offer returns, refunds, and exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All tags must be attached
- Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, the order may already be processed or in production, and cancellation may not be possible.
Initiating a Return

Return Shipping
- If the product is defective or incorrect: Zing Apparels will cover return shipping costs
- If the return is due to size, fit, or customer preference: customer will be responsible for return shipping
All items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- The item shows minor use
- Original condition is not fully met
- Packaging or accessories are missing
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final sale items
- Discounted promotional items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or style issues.
- Exchange requests must follow the return eligibility criteria
- Customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs (unless item is defective)
- Once return is approved, we will assist in placing the replacement order
