Refund and Returns Policy
It shouldn't be stressful to look for the right leather jacket. Boom! At Zing Apparels, we care deeply about your happiness, which is why we've made the return process completely stress-free. We will make things right right away if your new gear doesn't make you look and feel great as soon as you put it on. We have an easy roadmap below that shows you how we handle returns, swaps, and quick refunds.
1. The Return Window

Quick Action: You have a clean 30 days from the exact minute your package arrives to let us know you need to send it back.
2. When Can You Make a Return?
We gladly take items back under a few specific conditions:

The Problem: The item arrived torn, has a factory mistake, or we packed the completely wrong order.

The Condition: The clothing must be totally fresh, unworn, and resting in its original packaging with every single retail tag still attached.

Note: To speed things up, our support staff might ask you to send over a quick snapshot or video clip of the issue so we can verify it.
3. Items That Stay Yours Permanently

Custom Tailoring: Because custom-made gear is designed specifically around your unique body measurements, we cannot give refunds or accept returns on them. Consequently, these sales are final—unless, of course, the custom item arrives completely broken or defective from the start.

Worn Clothes: If a jacket has been out to a party, shows signs of dirt, or is missing its labels, we cannot accept it back at our warehouse.

5. Are You Still Convinced? (Windows for Cancellations)
Cancellation requests are subject to strict timeframes due to the rapidity with which packages are tailored and prepared:
You can get a full refund if you cancel within the first 24 hours of ordering. After 24 Hours: If you return your product within 2–3 days of delivery, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Returns requested after 3 days will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
There is no way to cancel an order after shipment has occurred, since the product will have left our warehouse in the hands of the courier.
Return Locations
We accept returns through our return facilities in Pakistan, the USA, the UK, and the Netherlands. Customers must return their order to the same country from which the parcel was originally shipped. Our support team will provide the appropriate return address and return instructions before the item is sent back.
Customer Returns, Exchanges & Return Shipping
If a customer wishes to return or exchange an item for personal reasons, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. The customer must arrange and pay for the return shipment from their country.
Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it. If the item complies with our return policy and is in its original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging (where applicable), a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If a customer wishes to exchange the received item for a different product, any price difference, additional shipping charges, customs duties (if applicable), or other related costs will be the customer's responsibility. The final exchange cost will depend on the product selected.
6. Collecting Your Refund or Requesting a Swap

Back in Your Account: Once we receive and approve your return, your money will be sent back within 7 business days. The funds go straight back to your original payment card or via bank wire, depending on the setup.

Product Trades: If you’d prefer a brand-new jacket instead of your cash back, ask! We will start preparing your replacement the moment your return gets the green light.

Sizing Blunders: Did you order the wrong size? You can absolutely swap it out or get a refund, provided the item is still in mint condition.
7. Covering the Shipping Fees

Our Bad: If you are returning an item because it arrived broken or we messed up the order, bingo! We will pay for 100% of the return shipping costs.

Your Choice: Conversely, if you are changing your mind or swapping sizes, you are responsible for paying the return postage. You might also need to pay a small delivery fee to have the brand-new size mailed back out to your house.
8. Restricted Shipping Locations
Due to international mail blockades and strict courier rules, we cannot accept orders from a handful of global regions. Therefore, if you are trying to buy from one of these blocked zones, our checkout page won’t let you complete the purchase.
