Zing Apparels offers jackets and related apparel to customers in eligible destinations.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizing information, materials, and other product details are presented accurately.

However, actual colors or appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and individual device displays.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Product Availability

Although we aim to maintain accurate product availability information, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If a product cannot be fulfilled before shipment, Zing Apparels may cancel the affected order.

If payment has already been received, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, pricing, images, specifications, and availability accurate.

However, occasional typographical errors, technical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur.

Zing Apparels reserves the right to correct such information and, where necessary, cancel an order affected by an error.

If an order is cancelled because of an error on our website, any payment already received will be refunded through the original payment method.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown on the website or during checkout.

Prices may change from time to time without prior notice.

Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been accepted, the price confirmed at checkout will generally apply to that order, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Zing Apparels does not store or directly access your complete credit or debit card information.

6. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee that the order will be accepted.

Orders may be subject to payment authorization, product availability, order verification, and security checks.

Zing Apparels may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in situations involving:

• Unauthorized or suspicious transactions.
• Product availability problems.
• Pricing or technical errors.

• Orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not been shipped.

If a cancellation request is received after 24 hours but before shipment, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the applicable refund.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Approved cancellation refunds will be handled according to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

8. Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM UK time (London). Orders placed after the cut-off time will normally be processed on the next business day.

After processing, estimated carrier transit time is 3–5 business days.

The estimated overall delivery period is therefore approximately 5–8 business days.

Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs procedures, public holidays, severe weather, courier delays, transportation disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges, eligible destinations, restricted countries, customs duties, P.O. Box restrictions, and other delivery conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days from the date the order is marked as delivered, provided the applicable requirements are satisfied.

Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in the customer's account.

10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, they should contact Zing Apparels within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs of the product, packaging, order details, and other information needed to investigate the issue.

If the investigation confirms that the issue was caused by Zing Apparels, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

All website content, including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, icons, and other materials, belongs to Zing Apparels or its applicable licensors unless otherwise stated.
