Shipping Rates
- Canada, USA, UK: Free Shipping on all orders.
- Europe: Flat rate of $15 for shipping.
- Remote Locations: Shipping to remote areas is available for a flat rate of $20.

Handling & Delivery Times
- Handling Time: All orders will be processed and dispatched within 5 working days.
- Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 6 to 7 working days depending on your location.

Eligibility
We offer returns, refunds, and exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All tags must be attached
- Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, the order may already be processed or in production, and cancellation may not be possible.
